Planners OK multifamily complex

PALMDALE — The Planning Commission has approved a Site Plan Review for the construction of a 272-unit multi-family on the northwest corner of Avenue Q and 25th Street East. The development will consist of two vacant parcels with a combined total of just under 10 acres. The site will also feature 13 three-story buildings consisting of a total of 272 dwelling units.
